Street Resources

Obstacles to improving one’s overall quality of life can be excessive for someone who is under-housed or dealing with poverty, mental health issues, or addictions. Helping to remove barriers to healthcare, employment, housing, support, and personal safety is part of what we do here at Street Health. We have compiled some resources and information (from fact-based research publications, to places where one can apply for ID or get a free meal) that we hope will assist our clients and community to move forward together.
